We do not ask anybodys weight in order to do the classes. However, there is a 500lb weight limit for Bungee classes and a 300lb weight limit for Rebounder classes.
We have our classes structured so that a beginner can take any of our classes. However, we will say that the majority of beginners tend to take our Bungee 101 classes.
If you are cleared for workout you should be able to do Bungee class. We have modifications for any limitations you may have. We do always recommend consulting your doctor, if you have any concerns.
