The Kids Bungee class at Fly to Fit is an energetic and fun-filled 45-minute session designed specifically for children. Using bungee cords, kids can jump, bounce, and perform various exercises in a safe and controlled environment. The class encourages physical activity, coordination, and confidence while allowing children to experience the thrill of flight in a fun and supportive setting. Classes are scheduled a few times a month. Usually on Sundays.

Join us on Tuesdays at 11:15 AM and Thursdays at 11:45 AM for our Mobility Impaired Class which is a specialized fitness session designed for individuals with limited mobility. This 45-minute class uses bungee to support and assist participants in performing exercises. The pace is intentionally slow and easy, allowing for a comfortable and accessible workout experience. Modifications are provided to accommodate different levels of ability, and additional bungees are available to ensure that participants have the support they need. The class aims to improve strength, flexibility, and overall fitness in a safe and supportive environment. Please book ahead of time.
