The 30-Minute Rebounder Class offers a full-body workout on a mini trampoline, ideal for boosting heart health and strengthening muscles and bones without stressing your joints. Each participant gets their own mini trampoline, and you can wear sneakers or socks/grip socks for comfort. Please note there's a 300-pound weight limit for this class.
